Description

PhD Nutrition Diet Whey is a whey protein blend. This means it contains more than one type of protein. This includes Whey Protein Isolate and Whey Protein Concentrate.
Additionally, this product also contains naturally occurring and essential branch chain amino acids like L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine and L-Valine.

The aminos found in Diet Whey are very important as when you’re dieting down you must ensure your body is topped up on amino acids due to low carbohydrate intake. We tend to break down muscle for energy when we are on a low carb diet and amino acids help prevent this. This is called a catabolic state.

PhD Nutrition Diet Whey is especially good because due to it being a protein blend means it will help drip feed our body though the day. Meaning all protein and aminos are elevated constantly.
